Returns

Thank you for shopping with Adelina Social Goods. We want you to be thrilled with the items you purchase from us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a regular-price item, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return must include the original packing slip to be accepted.

SHIPPING

For returns requested within 14 days of your original purchase date, you will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs. To print a return shipping label, please email ciao@adelinasocial.com. We'll email a return label to you. Simply package your item in its' original box (or your own packaging), affix the return label and drop off at your nearest post office.

Returns requested after 14 days of your original purchase date will require you to pay return shipping.

You may also return your online orders in store for free. Just bring your items to the store along with your original packing slip. 

REFUNDS

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
